PT. Era Hutama Energi (EHE) has three exploratory mining business licenses (IUP) from the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government:
  • T Megah Mineral Alam Indonesia (MMAI), with land capacity of 5000ha.
  • PT Borneo Silika Persada (BSP), with land capacity of 2000ha.
  • PT Mitra Energi Kuarsa Mineral (MEKM), with land capacity of 2557ha.
With a maximum production target of 20 million tons of silica sand per year, EHE plans to build a washing plant with 10 silica sand processing lines. The products of the plant will be semi-finished low-iron and finished low-iron silica sand.

This investment aims to increase the companies’ production quantity and quality to meet the increasing demand for high-quality silica sand in industries such as construction, glass manufacturing, and electronics.

Procurement of modern machinery will enable these companies to optimize operations, increase production, and maintain consistent quality standards. This strategic investment will also support the companies’ long-term goals to expand their market presence and strengthen their position in the global silica sand industry.
